By purchasing a workshop ticket you agree to all terms & conditions below:

Workshop are schedule to specific times in a 2 hour timeframe. If you are late class times cannot be extended and student(s) must work within the remaining time to complete their piece(s). 

By purchasing a workshop participants understand that video or photo content may be taken for social media and online content. You may opt out of digital content if you notify Ruby either before or on arrival to the workshop. 

Clay and tools are supplied. All tools must be returned in working order that they are received in. Earthen Gems instructors will do their best to notify all students the risks of working with clay but cannot avoid all potential risks. Ceramic pieces can explode and damage the work of other students. All students agree that Earthen Gems are not financially liable to any damages from firing or handling. They agree to the risk that theirs or others work may not be returned in the exact shape of which it was given when finished. 

Any damage to the studio or machinery (kiln, wheels, furniture, Earthen Gem products must be compensated to 60% of repair cost, or to the full retail price of product damaged of Earthen Gems products. 

All workshop tickets can be refunder up to 14 day before event date. Within 14 days your ticket can be exchanged for another workshop event or exchanged as an Earthen Gems shop voucher to the equal value. Tickets are able to be gifted to someone else in the case of not being able to attend. Email any changes to earthengems@gmail.com.

If Ruby needs to cancel the class for an unforeseen reason eg, illness, the class will be rescheduled, if the new date and time does not work for you, you will receive a voucher to book into another class in the future or a Earthen Gems shop voucher to the same value. Otherwise, you will be offered a refund.
